New flags

Hi,
i am using your flags for my private website. Your flags are really good. I 
like them very much. That is why I need some additional flags. Is it possible 
that you make the new Libya flag and some old ones? For example the GDR, USSR, 
CSSR and Yugoslawia flags?

Great - why couldn't you have found some flags like the old Libya instead? :)

I am not the author of all the silk flags, but I'll try to see what I can come 
up with.

I am using the old flag at the moment. But in my opinion it is not right to use 
it after the political development...

I have tried to design the flags on my own. But I failed. When you give me a 
short tutorial for designing the flags, I can do it on my own.

I tried to make the Lybian flag yesterday, but it isn't that easy because of 
the "C*".

Any chance you could add a couple more? I see you've got Jersey but no Guernsey?

Also Sudan is there but not the new South Sudan.

I have added the flag for Guernsey
South Sudan is already there, though I like yours better and will replace the 
old one with yours one of these days.

I couldn't see South Sudan there, only Sudan

I've also done Isle of Man and Madeira, although Madeira isn't so good.

Did you look in the source or just the Wiki-page? The latter is last update in 
2009, which will explain why you didn't see South Sudan (among others).

I will soon look into getting these Wiki-pages automated again, so I can easily 
add new icons.

Is Maderia also a new flag or? There is already a flag called me.png in the 
repository, but it's definetly not the same.

Hhmm... Nevermind... http://famfamfam.googlecode.com/hg/flag/png/me.png is 
Montenegro. The list where I found "me" as the two-letter code for Maderia 
wasn't the right one.

So what would the two-letter code be for Maderia?
I can't find it on Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_3166-1_alpha-2

It's technically part of Portugal, so I would tag it like England and Scotland 
has with just Madeira

If there are other flags that need doing I'd be willing to give it a go.
