results without graph constraint #9

Hi, thank you for sharing this wonderful work! I notice that the results without graph constraint are lower than with graph constraint (VG: R@100 27.6, ngR@100 25.6), but ngR is usually much higher than R. I wonder what causes SGTR to have this feature :)

Hello and thanks for your interest in our work. I notice this as well. The results of graph assembling are disturbed by the non-graph constraint post-processing. The non-graph constraint generates a significant number of repeat relation triplets.
