Soft Cover from prone enemies. #32

Having my archer attack standing enemies and their prone allies are still granting them soft cover, surely this isn't intended?

There's been an update for this mod on the OwlCat discord. Kuru sadly doesn't have access to this repo anymore, so all future updates will be on there, in the #mod-updates channel
