After the true nature of the music disc has been revealed in the trial, Juror 5 says that they work "to instal and manage" telepraphs.

"Office technicians work with the Ministry of Justice to instal and manage their telegraphs."

While I'm here I'd also like to question the use of the word "biassed" which has been used twice throughout my playthrough so far.
