Backlog sometimes vanishes #52

New 3DS XL, USA region, ver 11.9

Your issue

I was able to play through the four first cases without much issue. However, there was one glitch where sometimes a huge chunk of the backlog would just disappear, and nothing but the black background would be there until scrolling very far up, where (much) older text would finally appear.

This bug appears in the original (untranslated) version of the game and also in Dual Destinies and Spirit of Justice. The script parts that disappear are not always the same, it appears this happens at random.

This suggests that we didn't cause the bug, which makes tracking it down and fixing it difficult.
