Please describe the issue you are experiencing:

Hi all, a specific scene in the game seems to be causing my game to crash.

During Case 5 on the first day when you visit Hatch's shop and talk about the Automatic Crime Recording Device, right before Hatch shows the photograph taken by the ACDR the game immediately crashes and loads the Scarlet Study disclaimer screen and then the DGS title screen.

I've tried restarting my phone multiple times and ensuring that no other apps are running whilst playing DGS but nothing has worked. I've also tried saving the game right before the specific scene and kept trying to play through it in hopes that the game won't crash, but unfortunately the scene never seems to load correctly and the game continues to crash. No error message is generated and I haven't changed any game or phone settings recently either. It seems like at the moment I can't progress within the game.

(Apart from this I've had a relatively bug-free and enjoyable game experience - thanks for all you guys' hard work on this project!)

EDIT: Just a little update incase anyone is having the same issue: by using Bluestacks on my PC and by transferring my DGS .dat files back and forth, I managed to play through the game-crashing scene on Bluestacks perfectly fine. From there I saved the game and transferred the new .dat files back onto my phone, meaning I can resume playing on my phone again. It's a bit of a cumbersome way of getting around the issue but it seems to be working fine so far.

Had the same exact problem. I'm not very tech savvy, so thanks girlswitchhunt for finding that workaround! I was also able to circumvent the crash by using BlueStacks and transferring the .dat file back to my phone.

Beside that, my experience has been great so far, and I haven't had any other major issues. As a fan of the Ace Attorney series, I've been having a blast with the game. Thanks guys for all your hard work!

can you please share me your save file I cant patch it with bluebox

I'm having the same issue described as OP with the exact same phone model, but I'm having a hard time getting the game set up in Bluestacks in the first place. Could someone walk me through how to do this? I'm not sure what to transfer from my phone...

As for the workaround, using BlueStacks to get past the crashing point worked perfectly. If anyone still wants a save, here. https://files.catbox.moe/wh942r.rar (Second save slot is just after the crashing point.)

EDIT: Second similar crash when you analyze the bullet on the calendar on the wall. Save file to get past it: https://files.catbox.moe/brl3lz.rar (Again, second save slot.) (EDIT2: IMPORTANT: Finish the other locations available at that point before using this save)
