Add a full staff log that is publically available for everyone to see and is updated every 4 hours. It should contain the following information:

[ ] Date & Time
[ ] Staff Name
[ ] Target Name (If Applicable)
[ ] Action Time
[ ] Action Result (If Applicable)

Additionally, all staff logging will take place in the following places:

[ ] Website Logging
[ ] Discord Logging
