Description

NimbleOptions 0.5 doesn't have any breaking changes so it is compatible with scenic

Motivation and Context

Allow using the latest version of NimbleOptions with scenic

Types of changes

[ ] Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)
