Convert it to Minecraft Java Edition 1.12.1 format and put the level folder in the worlds directory Pocketmine-MP 3 is still using pmanvil for world format, you can't directly import bedrock worlds. Also, things might be broken when converting, use the Buildertools plugin //fix command or the BlocksConverter plugin, it fixes most of the thing.
