not working for windows #471

Describe the bug CMake Error: Error evaluating generator expression:

$<TARGET_FILE:pdfx_plugin_plugin>

No target "pdfx_plugin_plugin" 2

CMake Generate step failed. Build files cannot be regenerated correctly. Exception: Unable to generate build files

To Reproduce flutter build windows

Expected behavior Clean Build

Any update on this ? Unable to get this plugin work on windows.
