"Educated Guess" values have been recorded from Corecraft test server which isn't a primary source (credit for that research goes to NiM and Shiro). However, when I've tried to verify some of their values now and in the past, they've come out pretty much right and in my opinion are preferable to any guessed values and can be used for the time being until primary sources are studied.

However, being mistaken about that kind of ability seemed like a truly extreme mistake when other mobs don't have UA and datamined list of abilities at Wowdb includes UA as well. While searching for evidence I found this video where Chilling Touch is applied the exact moment Centurion's melee attack hits and investigating Wowhead's ability information shows "triggered by" and previously mentioned percentages. You'd have to test this on retail to truly figure this stuff out, but I'm very confident the abilities are triggered by autoattacks
