issue with "merge samples" function using phenograph clusters #122

Hello, I'm having an issue with a specific histocat session I have open where I am unable to merge clusters generated from phenograph. I'd like to combine several clusters together because we believe them to be the same cell type, and want to visualize them as one on tSNEs, heatmaps, and tiff images. On a different computer I was able to create a test session and merge clusters together, visualize them, no problem. For this session that I want to continue using, when I "merge samples" after selecting the clusters, it allows me to name the merged group and populates it in the sample list. However, this sample does not work in any function, when I select it I hear the windows error ping. Also, no "source images" appear in the list when I select the merged group, as they normally do for other clusters. Please let me know if there is some solution here, thank you for your help!

Just to add a few more details. In the histocat session with issues, I am able to combine some of the clusters now, but not all. Certain combinations combine, but as soon as I add certain clusters, or add too many of them, it creates a non-functional merged cluster. Is there an issue with a specific cluster? Is there a limit on merged cluster sizes? Thank you!

Thank you for reporting this issue. This sounds like the session was saved but potentially the images were moved or renamed?

Would you be able to provide an example session file which we could investigate further?
