error 5001 when requesting a artwork #73

Hi,

i'm trying to get artworks from a program with https://json.schedulesdirect.org/20141201/metadata/programs/ and i put the programID in parameters to get it. Sometimes it's working but sometimes i'm getting

There's no doc about it in here? Could i get some help plz?
