Improve labels

Most labels still read as they did for the original arrows.app project. We should improve them, so that they are more specific to LinkML schemas. Namely, we should refer to:

• classes, not nodes;
• attributes, not properties;
• a schema, not a graph;
• a class name, not a caption.
