2 months ago It should be possible to map a LinkML file to a graph in the webapp by using Spires classes as a guide. It's probably not going to be a one to one connection - i.e. multiple LinkML files might map to the same graph. We can use the already existing import functionality, which currently only supports importing from JSON.
How can we import a LinkML file into the app? How can we map classes onto nodes and relationship? Some ideas:
