It passed all tests without troubles on my machine once I've updated the version. Travis CI tests are probably going to fail until the new version of schema_plus_foreign_keys is released though.

I consider this this PR ready for release once the PRs schema_plus_compatibility and schema_plus_foreign_key are released. No real changes here.
