Use master as the default branch #10

Hi Christian,

I think it would be better if you use "master" as the default branch, as this is what most people expect. Currently the default branch is "gh-pages".

It was master first but the problem with master is that it isn't possible to have it hosted as a web site at the same time. With a branch named gh-pages you automatically get this: http://schepp.github.io/CSS-Filters-Polyfill/examples/ (see the github domain?). So it's a feature, not a bug - so to say :)
