Corrections/Extension to Phenotypic SNP annotations

rs4959270: According to SNPedia, C allele "associated with black hair color [PMID 21197618]". Instead in annotation the A allele is marked as "lighter skin/hair". Should flip allele and update description for consistency.
rs1393350: Effect and non-effect allele are likely inverted. SNPedia
rs16891982 & rs28777: Check what is what. This paper mentions rs28777 with the alleles of rs16891982 🤔
Look through Iceman paper SNP list to maybe add some more SNPs to the annotation file
