Timeline service messages are aligned differently in desktop and Android #151

In the timeline, messages like "someone joined", are aligned to the left on Android but to the center on desktop. Well, it makes much sense on desktop due to larger screens. I don't see a huge problem in not having that uniform everywhere. Though for mobile I just didn't care enough to experiment with it :shrug:

It's just my guess as the alignment has been changed all across the desktop app, and also because Schildi appeared as an Element with different design.
