Clarify developer settings name #216

Thank you for taking your time, but I think I'll rather hide it better instead.

FWIW, this change is not complete, it doesn't update the dialog texts that appear after you click the setting, and it doesn't invalidate the translations. Also the title string seems a bit too long to display fully on small displays. But no need to update, I'll probably hide the setting differently later.
