Voice messages sometimes not sending #217

Describe the bug A friend of mine frequently uses voice messages to communicate. Sometimes he runs into the issue that voice messages just won't send and simply disappear.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Trigger voice message recording
  2. Record voice message
  3. Send
  4. It's just gone

Expected behavior The voice message should be sent or at least not disappear after recording.

EDIT: Seems to be a known bug in Element: https://github.com/vector-im/element-android/issues/8362
