Emoji picker doesn't work in rich text editor #182

Selection of an emoji doesn't put it to the rich text editor, it works in the old plain text editor only.

SchidiChat Web 1.11.22-sc.1

It works fine in Element Web.

Rich text editor is nothing we currently work on.
