`//vector/webapp/media/schildi/error.ogg` and `//vector/webapp/media/schildi/error.mp3` not found #235

On the 1.11.36-sc.3 there are these errors like below on its startup:

://vector/webapp/media/schildi/error.ogg:1     Failed to load resource: net::ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND
://vector/webapp/media/schildi/error.mp3:1     Failed to load resource: net::ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND
://vector/webapp/media/schildi/error.ogg:1     Failed to load resource: net::ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND
://vector/webapp/media/schildi/error.mp3:1     Failed to load resource: net::ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND

Expected result: they should be loaded and there should not be an error.

Actual result: error.ogg and error.mp3 were not loaded.
