Hi raviteja10081996,

sadly I have no device with iOS 13.4 so I can not test it, but I try to help you. Did you place the iOS 13.4 DeveloperDiskImage in the folder:

~/Library/Application Support/LocationSimulator/13.4/DeveloperDiskImage.dmg

and the corresponding signature file:

~/Library/Application Support/LocationSimulator/13.4/DeveloperDiskImage.dmg.signature

PS: If you find a download link on github for the iOS 13.4 DeveloperDiskImage that is not in a zip file, let me now, so I can update the program to automatically download these files.

Edit: Does it work via USB ? If this is the case it is most likely a problem with libimobiledevice / libusbmuxd. You can try to update these packages and compile LocationSimulator again.

I don't know if this is required or makes a difference but you got also make sure that Wi-Fi debugging in Xcode is enabled. See: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/44382841/how-do-you-perform-wireless-debugging-in-xcode-9-with-ios-11-apple-tv-4k-etc
