Add 13.4 DeveloperDiskImages #11

As well as adding 13.4 images, I've also corrected the links for 13.3 as they were pointing at 13.2.

thank you for your pull request ! The iOS 13.2 developerImages do work for iOS 13.3 as well. The last time I checked iOS 13.3 and 13.4 were not online, thats why I pointed the download link to 13.2.
