[Feature] Add custom speed #46

Add a custom speed which can be configured from the preference window. It should be possible to decide the speed and the movement type (walk, car) from the settings.

Maybe even a manual speed option to navigate from one location to the next manually ?

In addition to just being able to set what the speed is for each activity type, it would be nice to be able to increase/decrease the speed (and see what the speed is) while moving. So if you are driving, you can increase/decrease the speed as you move from neighborhood, to city street, to highway.

Implemented, will be released in the next version when I had time to test it on macOS 10.15. I'm closing this issue or now.
