Get whole meta genome sequences from the core #14

I need to get the whole meta genome sequences from the core after they run it through.

The next run is almost filled and will include these samples. We can expect to get these samples shortly.

The run is done so now I can get it one the server.

Got the reads on Axiom using this.

Okay reads are now transferring from Axiom to the NAS. I also have all of the reads archived on Axiom.

Sequences are on the NAS, the NAS is organized, database is updated to reflect the changes, and the samples are transferring to my working directory to be renamed.

Today is a good day.
