Functionality for count tables and abundance calculation have been added to the cluster package! There are some key things to note:

• The user has to create a count table in r (will show a tutorial of how to do that in the documentation)
• The user needs to have a file of data that they wish to cluster. Therefore we need to show them how to make a sparse matrix with that data.
