seperate lighty core from carpet/number/cross mode #31

The Plan:tm::

  1. Extract the API /Lighty Core into its own repo
  2. export docs from the API so others could use it
  3. Figure out how to depend on the API
  4. Depend on the API, and be an example "how to write your own Lighty Mode"
  5. Publish new versions with the dependencies
  6. ?
  7. Maybe get some people to develop their own Lighty Modes
  8. Everybody is happy, because more modes, more choice, more good
  9. Profit

I don't think I want to do the split anymore, so closing this issue.
