These 3 apis are what make this project possible. Bindings to some might already exist, link them if so.

[x] WebRTC: The obvious one, @bsansouci started this already (for jsoo) here
[ ] WebCrypto
[ ] IndexedDB

I rewrote @bsansouci's WebRTC api to use bucklescript and build using bsb! :D https://github.com/bsansouci/ReWebRTC This should be enough to unblock DHT work
