Everything looks good on this PR, however I think the .vscode folder might have been ignored from the source repo since it's a local IDE setup settings unless there are some automated tasks defined in tasks.json or some other shared settings. If we don't have any settings that need to be shared while installing the dev version of the package, I think we can remove that.

But that's perfectly okay in the current shape.
