Recipe List Page improvements

Assorted improvements for Recipe list:

instead of showing ALL recipes limit to 20 or 50 (maybe user selectable)
allow sorting by colums other than recipe name
when sorting, change mouse cursor to busy so user knows request is being processed
Change mouse cursor when hovering over column header that can be clicked on to sort
provide total number of recipes on top of page
number each recipe
ability to filter recipes (!?)
