3 years ago issue fixed , caused by Samsung 970 EVO firmware .
(It also cause random error when format and re-create APFS partition in disk utility inside OS Installer ).
update firmware , solved problems.
I just built this setup , same mobs + GPU , but using 10850K .
everything ok, but stuck /frozen on installation Apple Logo "about 10 (9) minutes remaining...".
Tried modifying config file , but not success , then found my Samsung 970 Pro M.2 cause the problems. I changed to sata ssd , everything working now.....
maybe it in old firmware , haven't tried update yet .
