Can't boot, get kicked back to BIOS #174

Hey, I have a feeling that I'm just doing something essential wrong but it's been a while since I've updated. I'm currently running your build of 0.6.8 on a z490 Vision D, 10700k, 5700XT, 32GB RAM. It works great, but when I tried booting your new 0.7.0 and 0.7.1 builds I couldn't boot them through a USB. Anytime I selected the partition it would kick me back to the BIOS. I checked that the partition was the correct format and made sure to delete the EFI folder and then copy your EFI folder over (with proper serials, MLB, properly named config.plist and all that....). I also copied BIOS settings. Any help would be great. I feel like I'm just missing one stupid step that I forgot to do.. or maybe something has changed since 0.6.8? I'm using the 'iGPU for computing only' config.
