Fixed creating/altering pies with unbound hot keys. #109

Precondition: When pies.conf contains entries with empty hot keys (e.g. hotkey=""). When creating/altering pies with unbound hot keys an error message appeares reading: "This hotkey is already assigned". I didn't notice that error with the previous Gnome-Pie version. This change should fix the error.
