Backlog tasks are the tasks with no milestone.
To Do tasks will be issues which targeted to the current milestone (the current view is this milestone)
Work In Progress tasks will be issues that has a branch with the name "task#xxx" where xxx is the issue id. also can be assigned manually?
Review the previous branch has an open Merge Request
Done the previous branch has a merged Merge Request. These tasks will have a button to close them when the mouse is over them.
