Find "#" in tags #2

Hi,

I have a lot of tags which are starting with a hash "#" If I use your script it seems to accept "tag" for the field, but if I search for hashes the script do not find any entries.

But any other tag renaming test also does not work.

Does the script not suport replacements of tag names?

Update: I'm able to reproduce this issue - working on a fix
