Describe the bug Adding a service to the node does not appear in the add services list until a page refresh which is just inconvenient :/
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Create a service under the Services section in the administration section.
Services
Save it. NOTICE it does not list it in the Services list. This is important since it plays a role later.
Go to the node that needs the service installed on.
Click Add. Says no services available.
Add
After a page refresh, it appears after clicking Add
Expected behavior To internally refresh or tell the API to update itself when clicking over to the node so it's ready for the service to be added.
