Notifications for support tickets #22

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently when a new support ticket is made a grey pop-up notification comes up in the bottom left that is just the new of the ticket. For example if the ticket name is "plz help" the notification just says "plz help".

Describe the solution you'd like When a new ticket is open, a green notification pops up saying "New Ticket: (Ticket Name)". When a ticket is closed, a red notification pops up saying "Ticket Closed: (Ticket Name)".

Describe alternatives you've considered Even just an addition to the current notification that just says "New Ticket: (Ticket Name)".

Additional context Would love it to be able to push notifications to my phone or at least my email.

To expand on this, if notifications are being fully implemented they should also apply to status updates, new replies etc. I believe a support system rework is planned - but this is an important part of it for sure.

The notifications you are seeing are push notifications and they are merely being displayed. Not sure whether I should remove it showing all received push notifications or not.
