Profile intro js and layout fixes

Maybe this happened because of teacher intro js width fix?

• [x] back and next should be on the same line

PROFILE PAGE

• [x] move profile picture a bbit more left so in line with subject panel
• [x] move name, email and password panel more left and shorten on the right hand side
• [x] make roles two columns, shorter and wider, so that first column is Student, Teacher Builder, second is Institution, Publisher and Admin
• [x] This is so that subject panel can move up
• [x] And the bio panel moves up, with text in bio panel smalleer (same as Student, Teacher etc. text)

• [x] Remove 'ROLES' text above radio options

• [x] Instead place 'User Types' INSIDE panel (above 'Student'), Brandon Bold - case as above, not all caps, no spacing)

• [x] Show username only (not first name also, as always repeated) - brandon bold (not black), no letter spacing, Camel Case

• [x] next to user name (on RIGHT), show grey lozenge with highest user type

  

• [x] fix 'Admin' spelling and check other User Types are correct

• [x] this should say student in lozenge?

@SashaScholar6 yep this is because of safari fix for teach page.
