Unauthenticated user who signs up or logs in is redirected to synthesis and then review timer completes immediately

In this video when I press 'start timer' to go to the review it skips immediately to the final score.

I have tested this with email and google login.

What should actually happen is that after logging in the user is redirected to the same 'start timer' page (not the synthesis because they have already seen that) and they should have a normal amount of time to complete it.

[ ] I have also noticed that the GET /play/attempt/978/819 doesnt return if you try to signup from the review and then redirect (I am thinking this is because the user id doesnt exist for that play attempt when it is started)

@scholar6admin what do you mean by clicking 'start timer'? It skips review?

@scholar6admin it could skip review only if you have cashed review attempt, I can`t reproduce it with clean cash.
