Student/User email button on dashboard

Button will generate a report to copy and paste emails from, like this:

Button doesn't seem to be working for me right now - have tried on dev and production.

• [x] Can you rename button from 'Copy emails' to 'Email List' and add a download icon, like there is for export? Widen the button if you need to.
