Replace Open AI Icon that appears in an active chat next to responses from the bot with SoC Icon.

Acceptance criteria

the current icon (svg) is replaced with an SoC logo

We will be using coaches icons to display when CoachBot responds.

Icon of Chris has been added and it is now displayed instead of OpenAI Icon. It is initially 1 coach only. We will explore the possibility to choose random coach icon.
