-color coding of units is not desirable. too many colors, detracts from CMU brand, will not work for visually impaired readers

Updated commit to fix bugs: https://github.com/SchoolofComputerScience/scs-app/commit/a20a907e218e210497a6fce74f32659c10948a21

Not following CMU's style guide to a T was a decision to differentiate the SCS web application from CMU.

As for the color language; the concept will come into full effect as it's carried through-out the application state. It's an attempt to give the user departmental context as they navigate. Whether color, iconology, etc is a better method to differentiate this context... I'm all ears. Further studies need done on this concept, since it's new.

Accessibility is an issue across all of our campus websites. And the value of consolidating effort is that we end up solving accessibility issues for more users, with less effort. For sake of the project I broke out this into it's own issue: https://github.com/SchoolofComputerScience/scs-issues/issues/51
