Incorporation of valuable content from the previous site #37

Granted, it's not ALL useful, but it's also not all obsolete. Where does this get hosted, linked, etc. What are the systems aspects?

This includes cs.cmu.edu generally and user sites (we need to have answers/FAQ/etc.)

This is a question of not "throwing the baby out with the bath water."

Examples: https://www.cs.cmu.edu/scs25/ and https://www.cs.cmu.edu/csd50/ need to be preserved.
