CS Rather than Andrew Emails #56

It would be great if we could see CS rather than andrew emails where they exist, e.g., see

We use the campus directory (LDAP) as the primary source for an individual's preferred email address in the following order of availability:

  1. Preferred email address from LDAP (user-defined at https://emailtools.cmu.edu/addresses)
  2. CS email address, if it exists in LDAP
  3. Andrew email address
