Compile 32-bit executable #2

repo as it is (as per commit: https://github.com/SchponzeePlusPlus/Reset-Windows-Update-Tool/commit/0b27dd445c1a75719e41b358c55d0fb9d665e86e) does not compile in 32-bit on Embarcadero Dev-C++

32-bit compiler successfully compiled and ran (as per commit: https://github.com/SchponzeePlusPlus/Reset-Windows-Update-Tool/commit/742b22a7b31a23b9192c94be8c09a69757842644), but seems to have an issue where it does not recognise admin rights.

Haven't even confirmed if this is even a 32-bit executable, so will need to confirm this as well.

I will use this branch to fix the above issue since the original issue has not really been completed yet.
