Adding Option to keep downloaded files #162

Adding a setting so the user can keep downloaded files. Good for mods which cannot be installed manually and the user only needs to open the folder and install.

[x] add new setting
[x] add UI - Toggle(setting page)
[x] add UI - Clear _temp Button
[x] add UI - _temp current size
[x] add UI (mod download list jump to file
