Export Mods #172

Would it be possible to export the current version/mods as a json file?

I am using fika with a buddy and he seems to be struggling to stay in sync with me after my first update.

@KillahB33 It was planned, and discussion #131 was forwarded to SPT staff to check if this is not against the current "no mod packs" rule. No response at the moment, but I don't think it will be an issue.

There will be some issues with recognizing installed mods and the file in the hub as there is no information. Therefore (and for other features) I would save some additional information when installing via the app.

Shortly after I posted this I kept digging and found https://github.com/c-orter/modsync so this one isn't really high priority as the linked one is about as easy as it gets.
