[x] Adding UI - mostly in the active instance directory
[x] Resolve different directory solutions (Single files / nested files / directory and more)

Disable Server-Mods

[x] disabled mods will be moved to an internal path
[x] internal directlry gets and global disabled directory / instance name will be nested
[x] Check mods in the SPT directory -> mod enabled
[x] Check mods in the internal directory -> mod disabled
[x] Enable / Disable will move the files
